Website Design & Development

Website design and development
built to do a job.

Whether it's making you money is a different question. We've rebuilt a lot of sites that looked fine on the surface. Same problems every time: traffic coming in, no clear path to contact, no SEO foundation, load times that lose visitors before the page finishes loading. Noble House builds websites that do a job. Custom website design and development: clean code, built for search from day one.

Design is what they see. Conversion is what you need.

Website design and development covers two things that have to work together: the visual design and user experience a visitor sees, and the code, platform, and SEO architecture underneath it. A website that wins a design award but doesn't rank or convert is an expensive brochure. Every decision we make is measured against one question: does this help a visitor become a customer? Layout, load speed, copy hierarchy, and CTA placement all serve that one goal.

We measure success in leads, not redesigns

A pretty site with no conversion path is a marketing expense with no return. One client saw revenue increase 21% after we built his site and ran the ads. His words: "cost pays itself in weeks." That is the goal on every project.

SEO architecture built in from day one

URL structure, page titles, schema markup, sitemaps, and internal linking planned at discovery and built into every page. Not bolted on after the fact by someone who wasn't in the room when the site was scoped.

One team: design, dev, copy, and SEO

In-house from start to finish. No handoffs between separate agencies, no freelancer filling gaps nobody wants to explain. You know who is building your site because there are real people attached to it. (We have been doing this since 2010.)

If any of these sound familiar, your site is costing you business.

We run a free audit before we quote anything. These are the issues we find on most of the sites that come to us. Not fatal. But every one of them is quietly costing conversions, rankings, or both.

The cheapest fix is catching them before the business has been running on a site that can't rank for another three years. We have rebuilt a lot of those sites. The owners always wish they had called sooner.

Free audit, honest assessment We tell you what's broken, what it costs to fix, and whether we're the right fit. Whether you hire us or not.

Six phases. Strategy locked before a line of code is written.

Most sites go wrong the same way: a designer gets a brief, skips discovery, builds something that looks good in a PDF and falls apart in a browser. We scope every project through discovery first. What you see at launch is what we agreed on, not a surprise.

01

Discovery & Strategy

We audit your current site, review competitor positioning, define success metrics, and map your user journeys and conversion goals. Nothing gets designed until we understand what the site needs to accomplish for your business.

02

UX & Wireframing

Every page layout and conversion path mapped before any visual design begins. This is where most agencies skip and most projects go sideways. We build the architecture of the site first so the design and development phases have no surprises.

03

Visual Design

Custom design built from your brand. No templates, no page builders that leave your site dependent on a plugin. You see mockups and approve before build starts. The design you see is the design you get.

04

Development & Build

Clean code, fast load times, mobile-first. Built on the platform that fits your business, not the one that is easiest for us. SEO structure, schema markup, and analytics installed as part of the build. Not added at the end.

05

QA & Testing

Cross-browser, cross-device testing on every page. Every form checked, every page speed measured with PageSpeed Insights, every link verified. We do not launch until the site passes. (We've seen what happens when this step gets skipped. It's not pretty.)

06

Launch & Ongoing Support

We do not disappear after the invoice. Ongoing maintenance, security updates, content changes, and monthly performance monitoring. Some of our clients have been with us since 2012. Long relationships don't happen by accident.

Six capabilities. Built into every project, not sold as add-ons.

Most of what other agencies charge extra for is standard in every Noble House build: SEO setup, analytics, speed optimization, and mobile testing. Here is what is included.

WordPress

Custom WordPress Development

Custom themes, no page builders, clean code you can actually edit. Over 60% of the web runs on WordPress. We build it properly. No plugin dependencies that break on the next update.

Ecommerce

WooCommerce & Shopify

Full ecommerce builds with product management, payment processing, and inventory. Shopify for hosted simplicity, WooCommerce for flexibility and control. We match the platform to the business.

Mobile

Mobile-First Responsive Design

80% of web traffic comes from phones. We design for mobile first, desktop second. Not the other way around. Every layout tested at 375px, 768px, and 1200px before anything is approved.

SEO

SEO-Ready Architecture

URL structure, page titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and internal linking planned at discovery and built into every page. Fix your website before you run ads. Paid traffic sent to a broken site is money out the window.

Performance

Speed & Core Web Vitals

Fast load times, optimized images, clean code. Google uses Core Web Vitals as a ranking signal. We target 90+ performance scores on every build and measure them before and after launch.

Maintenance

Ongoing Maintenance & Support

Hosting, security updates, content changes, and monthly performance monitoring. We do not hand you a finished site and disappear. Some of our clients have been with us since 2012. That is what support looks like.

Every project stays in-house. Here is why that matters.

A lot of agencies look like full-service shops until you read the contract. Design gets handed to a freelancer in another time zone. Development goes to a vendor they have never met. Copy gets written by someone who has never talked to you. You pay agency rates for contractor work with no accountability in the middle.

Noble House is a team of professionals working in-house. You know who is building your site because there are real people attached to it. One person owns strategy. One person owns design. One person owns the build. One person owns the copy. That is not a pitch. It's how we do business.

Not a questionnaire. A real conversation about your business, your goals, and your budget before we build anything. We have talked clients out of spending money before. That is how you keep clients for eight years.

Goals defined before design starts
In-house

Custom Design

Every layout is built from scratch in-house. No themes, no page builders that leave your site dependent on a plugin to function. Our designers have been building custom sites since before page builders existed.

Zero third-party page builder dependencies
In-house

In-House Development

Every site is built by one of our in-house developers. Clean code, fast load times, and you are not the first client call going unanswered while a vendor in a different timezone figures out the brief. You know who built your site because we tell you.

One developer, full accountability

Copywriting

We write the content for your site if you need it. Written in your voice, reviewed by you before it goes live. Our copywriters handle web and social. The reviews mention the "turn-of-phrase" specifically.

Copy written in your voice, not ours
Built-in

SEO Foundations

Structure, speed, schema markup, metadata, and XML sitemaps built into the site from day one. Not an afterthought. Not an upsell. SEO is not a one-time project. This is the starting point, not the finish line.

Structured for search at build time
Post-launch

Ongoing Support

After launch, you have a team. Not a ticketing system. Not a support portal with a 5-day response window. A phone number and a name. Responsiveness is the most-cited thing in our reviews. It is the job, not a bonus.

Responsive support after go-live

Website design built for your industry, not a template from ours.

Results in their own words

"

My website came out visually stunning and has helped me generate increased sales. The team was professional, responsive, and delivered exactly what was promised.

"

I was nervous about switching to a new marketing company but am thrilled I did. The team rebuilt everything and I have gotten back in revenue more than I paid to them.

"

I signed up with a large digital marketing company. Once they locked me into a contract they never responded to my calls or emails. I turned to Noble House. From the beginning they were always responsive.

Straight answers

The questions we hear most before we start working together.

Most projects: 6 to 10 weeks from discovery to launch. The timeline depends on scope, number of pages, and how quickly you can provide content and feedback. We set milestones at the start and hit them. The most common delay in any web project is waiting on client content. We flag this in discovery so it does not catch anyone off guard.
We don't publish packages because the right answer depends on what you actually need. A 5-page service site is a different project than a 200-product ecommerce store. What we can tell you: every quote is in writing, upfront, before we start. No verbal estimates that become something else by invoice. The cheapest option almost always costs more in the long run. We have rebuilt a lot of $500 template sites that couldn't rank, couldn't convert, and needed to be replaced before the business had time to benefit from them.
Yes. A redesign starts the same way a new build does: discovery. We audit what's working before we change anything: rankings, traffic, and existing content worth keeping. A redesign that throws away three years of SEO progress is not a redesign. It is a step backwards. We make sure that doesn't happen.
You own everything. The domain, the hosting account, the code, the content. We don't hold sites hostage. One client came to us after her previous agency kept control of her domain after they stopped responding. We helped her recover it and built her a new site. You will never be in that position with us.
Mostly WordPress for content sites and service businesses. WooCommerce or Shopify for ecommerce, depending on scale and integration requirements. Webflow for certain design-led projects. Custom builds for applications that need something WordPress can't deliver. We recommend based on your goals, not what is easiest for us to build.
We offer ongoing maintenance plans covering hosting, security updates, content changes, and monthly performance monitoring. Some of our clients have been with us since 2012. That is what post-launch support looks like when it is done properly. If ongoing support is not right for your budget, we do a full handoff with training so you can manage the site yourself.
Design covers everything a visitor sees: layout, typography, and the path from landing to contacting you. Development is how that design gets built: the code, the CMS, the hosting setup, and the performance layer. A complete website design and development project handles both as one job. When they are split between separate teams with no shared context, problems show up at launch.
Web design is what a visitor sees and experiences: layout, visual hierarchy, and how the page guides someone toward a decision. Web development is what makes it function: the code, the platform, the database, and the performance. Both have to be planned together from the start. A designer who hands off to a separate developer with no shared brief almost always produces a site with problems on launch day.
