Noble House ran a comprehensive audit across each division, with individually purposed workshops seeking to formulate a cohesive brand identity and structure. Noble House designed and built a cohesive, user-friendly website which improved the overall user experience and successfully unified each division under “Northeast”.

Social Media Management

Monthly custom calendars for each division with custom graphics, carefully crafted messaging, and original videos bolstered Northeast’s social media presence. Their customer influence, site traffic, and online engagement all grew significantly. Noble House also worked to respond to comments and questions that social media users left on posts. The social media management team was careful to keep responses consistent with the Northeast Building Supply brand.

B2B marketing included ads targeted at users with particular interests on social media, as well as email campaigns targeted at people in the construction and contracting industries. What started off as a small operation between two life-long friends has now grown into one family of several businesses known as ‘Northeast Building Supply & Home Centers, LLC ’ (NBS).
